Official record. Reviewed 9 October 2026.

What does this list cover?

All 32 names shown on the public Steam page, checked 9 October 2026. Unlock percentages are deliberately left out because they change and do not describe your own progress. Hidden conditions have not been filled by guessing.

How should you group completion checks?

Group Why track it separately Next step
Major customer commissions Each of ten characters has a goal Keep a per-character log
Quality and skirt shape Perfect quality differs from the first ruffle skirt Check quality or the selected shape
Accessories, trim and cost Per-dress thresholds are not inventory totals Record each project goal
Pigeon commissions Separate from customer major chains Track their source separately
Hidden goals The public page does not reveal the condition Use spoiler-labelled player notes when wanted

Why is a global unlock percentage not your progress?

It describes other players, not whether your own save qualifies. Check your Steam achievement state. This reference preserves names and public conditions without turning changing global rates into permanent instructions.

What evidence should you keep for an unlock attempt?

Save the goal wording, installed build, final project state and your Steam achievement status. Before diagnosing a missing unlock, compare “over” with “at least” and check the eligible garment. Dialogue spoilers are folded into the completion plan.

How should you interpret “over” thresholds?

The public descriptions use strict wording for accessory count, cost and trim length. Do not silently rewrite “over 300” as “exactly 300,” or “more than 50 m” as a guaranteed unlock at exactly 50 m. Leave a margin and check Steam after a completed eligible dress.

Where do you get strategy and spoiler help?

Use the separate completionist notes for player-reported tactics. A name on this page is confirmed; a hidden-story solution from a player guide has a different evidence level.

Sources and evidence

Player observations should be checked against your installed build. Editorial checklists are not guarantees of perfect scores or universal unlock behaviour.
